Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.
Refunds/Replacements: In case of our error, we offer replacements or full refunds.
Exemptions: No refunds for wrong address, unclaimed shipments, or buyer's remorse.
